Validation Engineer is required by CareerWise Recruitment for our Waterford based client. In the Validation Engineer role, you will be required to support capital projects/equipment qualification, shipping qualification and the site requalification program as applicable. This is a 12 month contract role with a decent hourly rate on offer. THE ROLE: * Designing, executing and reporting on validation studies for equipment, systems and processes. * Ensuring validation studies are managed in conjunction with all required Sanofi standards and legal requirements (Health & Safety, cGMP, construction, environmental etc.) * Providing technical interpretation and guidance of current US FDA and EU validation requirements. REQUIREMENTS: * Experience in maintaining validation documentation through the validation lifecycle. * Participation in external regulatory inspections. * Relevant Engineering or Science qualification. Previous validation experience in sterile manufacturing, shipping qualification and devices would be highly advantageous for the role.
