New Products Program Manager is required by CareerWise Recruitment for our Waterford based client. New Products and line expansions continues to bring new products to the site. THE ROLE: * Maintain an overview of tech transfer plans, plan modification/construction plans. * Managing the necessary preparations, incl. planning, project budget, risk assessments. * Responsible for the Program management for Tech Transfer, Engineering/Clinical Runs, PPQ runs and other launch readiness and Product Roadmap activities post transfer and launch. * Identifying and managing the necessary KPI. * Making the results of the team visible and measurable and providing stakeholders with correct and reliable information in a timely manner. REQUIREMENTS: * Demonstrated experience and results in leading operations, engineering and maintenance teams in a sterile filling manufacturing plant. * Knowledge of and experience with manufacturing systems and automation. * Knowledge of and experience with of Tech Transfer. * BSc, BEng or equivalent through relevant experience.
