We are recruiting a General Manager for a 4* Hotel in Waterford. Ideal candidate will have 3+ years experienced in a similar role. Hotel has busy Food and Beverage Outlets, a hugely popular Conference/Banqueting suite, strong Rooms business and superb Leisure facilities. As General Manager you will expect and deliver the highest standards of service, hygiene and guest relations from your team. Proven relevant Financial and Hotel Sales and Marketing management experience in this role is required. You will need a track record of effectively and efficiently managing your team. Current legal status to live and work in Ireland is required. Requirements for the role: * At least 3 years previous experience as a General Manager in a 4 star property. * 3rd Level Qualification in Hospitality Management. * Strong knowledge of all Hotel Operations, Rooms, Finance, Sales, Human Resources. * Extensive experience in efficiently managing a busy Management and HOD team, * Experience in the Leisure & Events market is preferred. * Strong knowledge of rooms budgeting and yield management. * Strong organisational.
